Refund policy

We want you to love your Joyful Pages journal or notebook. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in their original condition. To start a return, contact us with your order number.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund — no return shipping required.

Sale Items and Gift Cards: Items purchased at a discount are eligible for the same return policy unless otherwise noted at checkout. Gift cards are non-refundable.
